Frank's Chop Shop is a little Urban Apaprel store that opened on the Lower East Side of NYC and just so happened to release some of what are easily the illest hats ever designed for 59Fifty. New Era should consider themselves blessed to have the opportunity to design for these guys. Definitely worth the hefty asking price ($50 US and up), investing in these is a must if you're a New Era fan.
